Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries.

You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by sharing the reason with us.

For prepaid orders, refund is credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after processing (depending on the bank/provider).

Return Policy

Since our products are edible, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We will however issue you a replacement product in case of challenges such as torn packaging, in transit damage etc., which will be taken up by us on a case-to-case basis.

Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required.

Exchange / Replacement Policy

You must raise a return/exchange request for a product within 48 hours of its delivery with a video of the unboxing.

Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Eligibility criteria:

• If the product gets spoiled due to the natural nature of the product (which happens rarely)
• If the product gets damaged in transit (damages can be caused in transit but are usually very unlikely as the products and packaging are developed to withstand transit)
• An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.

We need a proper parcel opening uncut video from opening to end without any pause.
